I really love the feel and price of this brush, though it tends to shed quite a bit.Update: The shedding’s slowed down to 1-3 hairs lost per shave, but it’s still kind of annoying. In terms of performance, however, the brush still makes a great lather and is comfortable to use. It’s good if you want something that’s not too expensive and prefer softer bristles. But I wouldn’t recommend it for someone wanting a long-lasting piece.

This is only the second brush I have had to buy. My last one lasted 8 years and it was half the price of this one. So I have high hopes for its longevity. It holds a lot of lather with a nice soft feel to my face when applying lather. I have been using it for about a month now and I have only lost about three hairs and none in the past 2 weeks.

I have been using the same economy priced badger hair brush for 8 years, until I lost my luggage at an airport overseas and was forced to buy another. I thought, why buy another 20 dollar one when I am an adult and should enjoy the finer things in life! Despite reading that silver tipped badger hair brushes are supposed to cost upward of 150, this one is about 1/3rd that price and dear god is it soft. The lather is unlike anything I have ever experienced too. Each time I use it (only 3 times so far) the lather gets better and more luxurious. I cant recommend this brush enough. Buy it, you wont be disappointed.
